Embalming Non-Requirement
“Embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a public viewing. Because Mariposa Cremation operates exclusively as a non-ceremonial transitional facility, embalming is neither provided nor required.”
